LMHA open to the public beginning Monday May 3, 2021

LMHA property management and administrative offices and lobbies are open to the public beginning Monday May 3, 2021 subject to COVID-19 Social Distancing protocols.  Masks and adherence to 6 feet social distancing are required when meeting with LMHA staff. LMHA is continuously monitoring its COVID-19 protocols to protect our staff, residents, and community. Residents and participants who wish may conduct business by via mail, email, text messaging, or fax as much as possible. A listing of LMHA employees can be found at lmha.org/about-lmha/contact-us. Evection Moratorium issuesd by the CDC has been Extended through Jun 30th 2021

The eviction moratorium issued by the CDC on September 4, 2020 has been extended through June 30, 2021.  Rent is not forgiven, but there is protection from eviction for tenants affected by COVID-19.
