Orientations

Due to the Coronavirus, the LMHA is taking precautionary measures. We will only be offering the waiting list orientation online until further notice.

If you were sent a letter to review the Waiting List Orientation, click on the link below entitled “Waiting List Orientation”.

Once you have completed the orientation, you must follow the instructions in the letter that was sent to you.

There are two steps to complete your Waiting List Orientation online.

- Step 2 - Complete and Submit the Waiting List Orientation Family Obligation Certification form to your Occupancy Specialist

Moving Orientation

If you are moving within Lorain County or transferring to Lorain County from another county or state, you must attend a Moving orientation. This is an online class. Click on the link below entitled “Moving Orientation”.

There are two steps to complete your Moving Orientation online.

- Step 2 - Complete and Submit the ** Moving Orientation Family Obligation Certification form to your Occupancy Specialist

** This form must be submitted to your Occupancy Specialist before you will receive the Request For Tenancy Approval (RFTA).
