LMHA’s Proposed 2019 Annual Plan and Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan
Effective February 2, 2019 the Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) has available for review and inspection its 2019 Annual Plan. Details are available at the LMHA offices at 1600/1604 Kansas Ave., Lorain, at all public housing management offices (listed at

LMHA is interested in your comments. Submit them to John McMahon 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH 44052 or
jmcmaho@lmha.org. A public hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 20, 2019 at the LMHA Main Office. All comments will be heard and discussed at this hearing.
Posted below are the above-listed documents; the challenged elements to the proposed plans; LMHA’s Certification of Compliance with the PHA Plan and Related Regulations; the Certifications of Consistency with Consolidated Plans from the Lorain County Administrators and the cities of Lorain, Elyria, Oberlin, and Amherst; the 2018 Capital Fund Program Grant; and the 2018 Capital Fund 5-Year Action Plan. The LMHA 5-Year Plan was submitted to HUD in 2017.
