Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program RFP

The Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) invites property owners and developers in Lorain County to submit written proposals demonstrating their project eligibility, qualifications, and interest in securing Project-Based Vouchers (PBV). PBV assistance provides rental subsidies paid on behalf of eligible families who live in units that are contracted under the PBV program.

HCVP Waiting List Opening.

LMHA will begin accepting applications for the HCVP waiting list effective today.

Printed copies of the pre-application form are available in front of LMHA’s Main Office.

LMHA property management and administrative offices and lobbies are open to the public beginning Monday May 3, 2021 subject to COVID-19 Social Distancing protocols.  Masks and adherence to 6 feet social distancing are required when meeting with LMHA staff. LMHA is continuously monitoring its COVID-19 protocols to protect our staff, residents, and community.
