These units are efficiency (0 bedroom) apartments for $325.00 per month, or 1 bedroom apartments for $425.00 per month; utilities included. Security Deposits are required and are equal to one month’s rent.

Other Market Rate and Home units are located on Albany Avenue in Sheffield Township, Ohio. These are 3 bedroom ranch homes for $875.00 per month with a required one month’s rent Security Deposit. All homes are visitable and one is fully accessible. Residents are responsible for payment of gas and electric.

These apartments/homes are not subsidized or based on income. These are Market Rate units, which must be rented to persons with annual income not exceeding 120% Area Median Income. Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted.
