Lakeview Plaza Assisted Living Center Under the direction of the Neighborhood Housing Association, the Lakeview Plaza Assisted Living provides affordable housing in Lorain County for elderly and disabled individuals who need help and care to live independently. The forty-eight studio and one-bedroom apartments are located on the third, fourth, and fifth floors of the Lakeview Plaza high rise. The goal is to help residents remain independent by providing access to community resources and a positive caring and holistic health and wellness program. The Center offers supportive services and assistance to the family members of our residents. Community rooms on the third and fourth floors are furnished for social gatherings, meetings, etc. A very modest monthly fee covers all the services.
