NOTICE TO BIDDERS 

Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) is soliciting proposals for Removal of the Old IP PBX Communications System and to Furnish and Install a New IP PBX Communications System at LMHA’s Administration Office and Remote locations in Lorain County OH. 

Proposal documents and specifications are available for download by completing the form below, beginning January 9, 2009, until and including February 9, 2009.   

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., January 22, 2009, at 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain OH.  Please read and review the complete RFP prior to attending this conference to facilitate the answering of all questions.

Site surveys will take place immediately following the pre-proposal conference.  Individual sealed proposals will be received at the office of the LMHA Director, 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain OH, and Telisys, Inc., 7160 Chagrin Road, Suite 160, Chagrin Falls, OH until 2:00 p.m., February 9, 2009.

The Director of LMHA reserves the right to cancel any solicitation and to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid/proposal for good cause when in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
