NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) is requesting proposals for the purchase and installation of twelve new copiers, one new color copier, accessories and a Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement to be installed and serviced at specified LMHA locations in Lorain County OH.

Proposal documents and specifications will be available from the LMHA Contract/Procurement Office, 1604 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH 44052, beginning Thursday, December 29, 2011, until and Monday, January 30, 2012.  There is no fee for the package.  A $5.00 fee will be charged to mail documents.  Companies planning to submit a proposal for the project must obtain a proposal package from LMHA to have their proposal considered for award.

Proposal documents and specifications may be examined without charge at the office of LMHA, 1604 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH; Dodge Reports, 7055 Engle Rd., Ste. 103, Middleburg Heights, OH and Builders Exchange 9555 Rockside Rd., Ste. 300, Valleyview, OH 44125.

A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH.  Individual proposals will be received at the office of the LMHA Director, 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, OH until 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 30, 2012.  Proposals will not be publicly opened. 

The Director of LMHA reserves the right to cancel any solicitation and to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid/proposal for good cause when in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
